The daughter-daughter scheme will help in preventing female feticide and will encourage girls' education and get a bigger amount for the higher education and her marriage, when the daughter becomes an adult, the benefit of the girl daughter's scheme will be available to the family with annual income of Rs 2 lakh annually. For this new scheme, Rs. 133 crores provision.
A provision of Rs. 75 crores for providing supplementary nutrition for Aanganwadi.
