The online NISHTHA program will be conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) through DIKSHA and NISHTHA portal. These 1200 resource persons will support under the guidance of teachers from Andhra Pradesh, who will undergo NishTHA training at DIKSHA.
About NISHTHA Program:
The National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA) is a capacity building program launched by the Government of India on 21 August 2019 to improve the quality of schooling through integrated teacher training. It was launched in a face-to-face mode with the goal of building competencies among all teachers and school principals in the initial phase. So far, about 23,000 key resource persons as well as 17.5 lakh teachers and school heads have been trained under this NishTHA face to face mode.
Teachers and heads of institutions employed in state government schools will now have to undergo online training under the loyalty program. This is being given to them in collaboration with NCERT. The training program has started from 16 October. The training program will run till 10 January. This training is imparted to 10590 teachers of elementary education in the first phase and 55099 teachers of secondary education and 551 main reference persons in the second phase. This training is being given to the students to increase the qualification of teachers so that they can get personal education.
Will get such training
According to the information will be in training. NCERT has created a total of 18 modules of various subjects for training which will be uploaded on the initiation portal. Most of the modules are in Hindi with content and videos related to the topic. Some modules are also in English. Teachers will be trained through these modules. In this 90-day training program, teachers must complete all 18 modules.
A separate group of teachers participating in the training will be formed at the district and block level, through which trekking will be done. According to the theme of the module of the Smile program, the RPSRG trained in the previous sessions will also be added.
Training module completes
It will take at least two and maximum three hours to complete a course. After completing the training of all 18 modules within the stipulated period, there will be a test in the third and last week of January. After this, the integrity training completion certificate will be provided through the initiation portal. Action will be taken against the teachers who do not participate in the training as per rules. A control room has also been set up at the state level for loyalty programs. The problems facing the teachers in training will be solved by the control room.
